We do not arrange office appointments to view properties. All the information you need — photos, videos, features, description, conditions, price and location — is available on our website. Once you confirm that a property fits your needs, we will need to verify your employment situation, provable income and the number of occupants. If the profile is viable, we can schedule an in-person viewing or complete the reservation online if you are not on the island or if the property is currently rented, provided the owners’ conditions are accepted. Guarantors or additional documentation may be required for rental insurance.
Nowadays, everything is handled online. If you prefer not to travel or live off the island, no problem at all: we can work via WhatsApp, video call, email or phone call. We will be happy to assist you through any of these channels.
